About
Built for advisers, by someone who's worked alongside them.
Who's behind it
PlanHouse is built by Ryan Nixon — a founder with a foot in both financial advice and software. The product reflects what advisers actually do day-to-day: capture a client picture, model options, document the advice, and stay on top of compliance.
Why now
Two things changed at once. The tooling most firms run on is still a patchwork — modelling spreadsheets, document templates, legacy CRMs, and a half-dozen logins held together by hand. And AI has reached the point where it can meaningfully take the rote drafting work off an adviser's plate without taking the judgement away.
PlanHouse is the workspace that puts both pieces in the same place, built adviser-first from day one rather than as a feature bolted on to an existing CRM.
What we believe
- Adviser-in-the-loop, always. Every AI output is a draft. The adviser owns the advice.
- Auditable by default. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.
- One place, two regimes. AU and NZ from day one — same product, jurisdiction-aware where it matters.
- Honest about what's live. We're in private beta. See Security for what's in place today and what's being hardened before broader rollout.
